With the abandonment of Chepstow yesterday, we are left with the one jumps meeting at Catterick. The going at the North Yorkshire track is Soft and Good to Soft in places. A dry day with light winds is forecast.

Pam Sly sends Walsingham Grange north and he sets the form standard.

Conditions are fine for him and I expect a prominent ride from Kielan Woods.

5/4 on my tissue which is just about in line with the market.

Treaty Girl jumps well, with latest second at Newbury on new year’s eve giving her a solid chance here.

Jockey Nico de Bonville takes the ride after a three month absence following a broken arm sustained at Cheltenham. I make Treaty Girl 9/4 to provide him with a comeback winner.

 

Plenty to go at tomorrow with cards from Sandown, Wetherby and Musselburgh.
